All the Apparel products are carefully inspected before shipping and therefore no returns will be allowed. All of our products are handmade and slight variations in colour and imperfections show the natural character of the leather. They are not flaws or faults but clear indications of real leather. These are not a basis for a return.

In the case of your clothing item being the incorrect size, we can offer you an exchange for the correct size. In this case, Creative Runway return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We charge a handling fee of R100 for exchanges. We will arrange for collection, then ship your exchanged the Item to you. Your clothing item will only be shipped once handling fee has been paid into our account.

To complete your exchange, creative runway requires a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, creative runway will send you an email to notify you that it has been received. We will ship your new item within 3 workings days if we have it in stock, or within 2-3 weeks if it needs to be made.
